      Great Scott Broadcasting offers an unpaid internship program for students in high school, college, or trade school aspiring to pursue a career in broadcasting and communications.  All students studying communications or that have interest in the field are welcome to apply for open positions. The program consists of students shadowing an on air personality and learning and understanding the daily operations of an on air shift and studio responsibilities.  Students are also involved with promotions and remote broadcasts as well as production of commercials and station promos.  In the past year Great Scott Broadcasting has had 3 interns: a Salisbury University student from June 2010 - September 2010, a Delaware Tech student from March 2010 - November 2010, and a Sussex Central High School student from January 2011 - Present.
